Our office closure dates over the Christmas/New Year period are from 5pm on Friday 21st December 2018 and our office will reopen at 9.00am on Monday 7th January 2019.
Our message service will be taking our messages during this time and a staff member will get back to you as soon as possible.
INFORMATION FOR TENANTS:
Please ensure all rental payments are still made in accordance with your lease during this period. Receipts will be emailed as normal (as long as we have your current email contact details)
Repairs & Maintenance:
During the festive season only urgent repair items will be attended to. Please note for urgent repairs please contact our office on 02 4961 6899, and all non-urgent repairs must be in writing, and will be attended to upon our office re-opening. Information regarding repairs and maintenance during your tenancy (and what is deemed an urgent repair item) can be found on the following Office of Fair Trading link by clicking here.
Outside of office hours please call our after hours service on 02 4961 6899, and please refer to your residential tenancy agreement for the preferred tradespeople. Please also see the following link to our trouble shooting guide.
If you are locked out of your property:
First National Newcastle City will assist where possible, however our preferred locksmiths details are:

Please note if the callout relates to you losing/leaving keys inside a property, the costs associated will be at your own expense.
Vacating Your Property Over the Christmas & New Year Break:
If you’re thinking of vacating over the Christmas/New year period, although not obliged, it would be appreciated if you could provide as much notice as possible and emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
