He was very aware of the sales situation in our local area as regards possible/probable target prices, market volatility and was very helpful in advice regarding arranging the sale. He was at his best when setting out the process for us to ensure a really good coverage on-site and in the media. His communication skills with us and with people who bid on the sale was first class.
