Easter and property

Can you believe we have arrived at the school holidays already? Next week will see many of us hunting around for Easter eggs.

I thought I’d take this opportunity to give a brief view of what we expect the market to do over the holidays and share some of the properties we are proud to represent over the coming period.

Easter – do people think property?

We have had a busy few weeks leading up to April. Some people have asked us if we expect a quiter period over the holidays. On the contrary, we expect Easter to be eventful. 3 key reasons why:

1. No sign the market is slowing down, there is plenty of activity both from buyers and sellers.

2. People have more time for inspections during Easter.

3. We expect people visiting friends and family in Newcastle during the holidays to make some time to look at properties while they are here.

Property highlights

We are pleased to feature a range of properties and suburbs over the coming period. There are some exceptional buys, either because the property is truly unique or can offer a step in to a sought after suburb.
