It’s almost time for another Spring Fling! This Spring we will be holding our third annual Spring Fling event to support local medical research leaders, Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI).
During the two-month long event, we will auction homes around Newcastle, donating a portion of proceedings to HMRI. The festivities will start with a charming period home in Hamilton South, to be auctioned on Saturday 6th October. With original period detailing, stylish modern updates and a fabulous park side location, 46 Alexander St, Hamilton South is the ideal home to kick off our Spring Fling event with a buzz!

Supporting HMRI is very important to me, for personal reasons. With parents on both sides of the family having succumbed to cancer and stroke in recent times, it is devastating to watch loved ones fight against a disease that researchers may one day be able to cure.
HMRI is a world-class institute that strives to prevent, treat and defeat serious illnesses. It is a privilege to donate the money to HMRI and its part of our corporate social responsibility. It’s the right way to do business.

Last year, we achieved over $17 million worth of property sales during Spring Fling. We hope to make it even bigger this year and that way contribute even more to HMRI!
Stay tuned for a list of all the Spring Fling properties we will be auctioning this October, because you never know, one might be your future home!
We hope to see you this October and November at one of our Spring Fling auctions.
