Maddy Tsamouras

Having grown up around real estate through her family’s investment background, Maddy has been immersed in the industry from an early age. This inspired Maddy to persue a Certificate III in Real Estate as a School Based Trainee. With a genuine love for communication and meeting new people, she has embraced a role in reception where she can be the welcoming first point of contact and support both clients and the wider team, while learning the ropes of the real estate world.

Maddy’s strong customer service skills were first developed through waitressing and further strengthened during her work experience with First National Newcastle, where she thrived in a fast-paced office environment. Coming from a large family and a background in team sports such as soccer and dancing, she brings excellent communication, teamwork and time management skills to her role, remaining calm, organised and proactive even during busy periods.

Maddy is committed to building a long-term career in the industry, with aspirations to progress into an assistant agent role. Her friendly, patient and eager-to-learn nature, combined with her love of organisation and problem solving, make her a reliable and approachable presence within the office.

Outside of work, Maddy enjoys shopping, cooking, attending car meets and spending quality time with her family. With her positive attitude, strong work ethic and passion for helping people achieve successful outcomes, she is a valued and welcoming member of the First National Newcastle City team.
