Excellent all round. George and I work well together. This is the 4th property he has sold for us. His main attribute, apart from his charming self, is his canny knowledge in picking out the serious buyer from the rest and biding his time until the right and best price is reached. None of the “let’s put it on the market and see what happens”. He’s always way ahead of this waste of time. If you want to sell a property, then do it now AND to the right person. It’s not always about price.
